- From Seoul: By KTX, it takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to Ulsan (Tongdosa) Station, which is the fastest and most convenient method. Express buses depart from Seoul Express Bus Terminal and take about 4 hours and 10 minutes. Flights from Gimpo Airport to Ulsan Airport are also available.
- From Busan: By KTX, you can reach Ulsan in about 20 minutes. Intercity buses departing from Nopo-dong Bus Terminal also operate frequently and take about 1 hour.
- Local Transportation: Ulsan is the only metropolitan city without a subway, so buses are the main mode of public transportation. While city bus and KTX limousine bus routes are well-established, we recommend using a rental car if you want to freely explore outlying attractions like the Yeongnam Alps or Ganjeolgot.
